Pune: As many as 450 students from the K J Educational Institutes have been placed in renowned national and international companies during the last year. The students were placed from the three colleges run by the institute namely Trinity College of Engineering & Research, K J college of Engineering and management research and Trinity Academy of engineering.
Among the top companies that offered placement to students of K J Institute in the academic year 2018-19 included Amazon, TCS, Infosys, Capegemini, Persistent, Tata Motors, Bosch India, Wipro, Volkswagen, Bitwise, Zensar, Kantar, Treo Engineering among other national and international companies. On an average students were offered a package of minimum Rs four lakh per annum.
Most of the students were capable and came from rural places. they were encouraged and motivated to become job-ready in the market. “In the final year of the course, students were given special training on communication skills and mental development. A total of 150 hours were utilised by the institute staff to impart these special skills to students which has proved to be helpful during placements,” Dr Hemant Abhyankar said.
The students were given able guidance by Dr. Vyasraj Kakhandki, Prof. Dr Haribhau Phakatkar, Prof. Dr Suhas Khot, Prof Dr. Nilesh Uke, TPO Prof Pramod Dasturkar, Prof Kiran Pawar among others.
The president of the institute, Kalyan Jadhav, along with treasurer Vinod Jadhav, managing director, Harshada Jadhav, Vibhavari Jadhav have congratulated the students. The president also appreciated the efforts taken by professors, teachers and non-teaching staff of the college for the success achieved by the students.
